We offer a diversity of contemporary Vinyasa flow yoga classes, instructed by some of Brisbane's best yoga teachers, who are motivated in supporting you to safely & confidently explore strength, openness, flexibility and a deep sense of inner vibrancy. We cater for beginner students through to those who wish to be challenged, mindfully in their practice. We explore an alignment based approach to Yoga within an heart expressive & creative class. We maintain the breath-inspired fluidity of the yoga practice, whilst divining deep into the richness & authenticity of the teachings.
