We offer a diversity of contemporary Vinyasa flow yoga classes, instructed by some of Brisbane's best yoga teachers, who are motivated in supporting you to safely & confidently explore strength, openness, flexibility and a deep sense of inner vibrancy. We cater for beginner students through to those who wish to be challenged, mindfully in their practice. We explore an intelligent & alignment awarness approach to Yoga, whilst keeping a fluid practice & divining deep into the richness & authenticity of the teachings.
