
Abi discovered her passion for yoga in 2003. Upon emigrating to the warmer climes of Australia, Abi made the leap from having a dedicated personal practice to embrace the joys of teaching yoga. Abi completed her teacher training with My Health Yoga in 2009 and extends her gratitude to all her wonderful teachers who inspired and supported her on her own teaching path.
Abi believes yoga to be a continual journey of discovery regardless of experience level. Embracing the spiritual side of yoga Abi’s teaching is focused on bringing together the physical, emotional and spiritual realms of life.
Abi teaches Vinyasa Flow combining pranayama and sequencing to still the mind and draw the focus inwards, allowing stress and anxiety to fall away
