backMum & Bub Yoga

 

The Yoga is specifically focused around rebuilding strength and body awareness during this post natal period, whilst emphasising release and surrender in common areas of tightness and holding in new mothers. The class aims to facilitate a women's return to pre pregnancy strength, stamina and fitness, all whilst spending time with their beautiful baby.


Babies are free to play, watch and observe, sleep or join in while mums have some time and space to refresh, rejuvenated and re-energise on the mat.


 Your baby can soak up the energy of yoga while watching mum practice some very essential self-care.
