
The Beginner's course is extremely valuable and highly recommended for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injury or have not practiced for some time and simply wish to freshen up on the fundamentals.
Each class has a particular focus following a rolling six-week program. Over the course, the students will be exposed to all the techniques you’ll need to ensure a safe, healthy and holistic practice. Experience the benefits of the various type of yoga asanas (standing poses, balancing poses, back bends, forward bends and twists), as well as essential breathing practices (pranayama), deep relaxation, mediation and some basic philosophy. Discover ways to modify your practice to suit your individual requirements, whilst cultivating a strong foundation aimed at setting you up for success as you move forward in your yoga practice
