We offer specialised training in guided breath work, vocal toning, deep relaxation, meditations and visualisations to support mothers to be with practical birthing skills, helping them to feel empowered and inspired in preparing for, and welcoming, the bodily and emotional changes and challenges of pregnancy, labour and early motherhood.
Awareness and openness in your body, combined with calmness of mind helps to ease the birthing process and cultivate confidence in creating optimum conditions of health and wellness for you and your baby.
These courses are open to women after their first trimester of their pregnancy and is accessible to women who are also new to yoga
