Awaken your body, mind and spirit to a new day with a revitalizing practice which focuses on opening, strengthening and energizing. Move through morning Sun salutations, yoga asanas, stretches and twists as you safely discover space and freedom in the body whist clearing out any mental or emotional blockages. With breath, focus and intent, the class brings clarity and positive mind power for the day ahead. Our 6 week beginner’s classes are highly recommended for those who are new to yoga, recovering from injury or have not practiced for some time and simply wish to freshen up on the fundamentals. Each class has a particular focus following a rolling six-week program. Over the course, the students will be exposed to all the techniques you’ll need to ensure a safe, healthy and holistic practice. You’ll discover ways to modify your practice to suit your individual requirements, whilst cultivating a strong foundation aimed at setting you up for success as you move forward in your yoga practice. Click here for upcoming course dates Centering and fluid (Vinyasa) class with emphasis on the breath to connect and inspire the flowing movements and creative sequence. This class helps to cultivates stillness in motion, alignment within flow, openness within the physical structures, as well as flexibility and strength in body, mind and spirit. The flowing style of the class aids in the clearing of toxins, blockages and/or limitations, as you surrender and relax into bliss. Open to all levels A General Hatha based class. Incorporating breath awareness with traditional yoga postures (asanas). These classes involve standing poses, balancing poses, backward bends, forward bends, twist, hip openers and inversion; finishing with deep relaxation and meditation. Each class is fresh and unique in its content and structure, as students are encourage to discover ease within effort and strength within surrender. Similar to the General class (see description), just taken at a slower pace with greater variations for a beginners level. A nice follow on from the Beginners courses. A dynamic and rhythmic flow class for students wishing to deepen their yoga practice and challenge themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. Synchronizing breath and movement together, we move through the practice in a continuous flow of poses beginning with Sun Salutations. Our prenatal Yoga classes are a safe and essential way to support your health and well being throughout your pregnancy, whilst providing a beautiful way to nurture mother to be and baby within. Throughout the classes we will move through yoga postures and sequences that bring together an intelligent combination of strengthening whilst surrendering, opening whilst letting go. This class aims to facilitate a women’s return to pre pregnancy strength, stamina and fitness, all whilst spending time with your beautiful baby This half an hour, fun filled class is open to children and their parents from 2 – 5 years.

Power Flow
The building up of internal heat through the classes creates a cleansing and purifying practice, increasing strength, stamina, flexibility, and mental focus. It is a faster-paced class with poses that also encourage alignment, balance, and cardiovascular endurance, leaving you feeling deeply inspired and empowered from the inside out.

We offer specialised training in essential breath work, vocal toning, deep relaxation and mediation to support mothers to be with the practical birthing skills and empowerment in preparing for labour, child birth and early motherhood.
Bookings required. Mum and Bub Yoga
The Yoga will focus on rebuilding strength and body awareness post natally, whilst emphasising release and surrender in the common areas of tightness and holding as new mothers.
Open to babies from 10 weeks to active crawling.Kids Yoga
Through yoga children learn to link breath with movement and create body awareness, helping them to develop strong and flexible bodies and clear and creative minds. The practice will over time help with increasing concentration and focus, building self esteem and confidence as well as aiding in cultivating relaxation and inner peace.
