Beginner Courses Brisbane
Our very popular Beginner Yoga courses offer new yoga students an opportunity to discover and develop a yoga practice that is safe and inspiring, within an environment that is empowering and supportive . The course is also beneficial to those who, recovering from injury or have not practiced for some time, and simply wish to freshen up on the fundamentals of yoga, under the guidance of a highly skilled and dedicated instructor.
Each class holds a particular focus over a rolling six-week course program. Throughout the duration of the yoga course, you will be introduced to all the main principles and techniques you'll need to ensure a confident, healthy and intelligent yoga practice , providing a solid framework from which to build upon. You will explore the practice & benefits of the various type of yoga asanas (standing poses, balancing poses, back bends, seated poses, forward bends and twists), as well as learning essential breathing practices (Pranayama), deep relaxation, meditation and some basic yoga philosophy. Discover ways to modify your practice to suit your individual requirements, whilst cultivating a strong foundation aimed at setting you up for success as you move forward in your yoga practice.
Our Beginner courses are held across our three Brisbane studio locations, and offer beginner students a thorough introduction to the art and practice of yoga.
Thursdays: 5.45pm-7:00pm with Claudia

$145. Full payment is required upon booking in order to secure your spot.
6 consecutive weeks of the course at any one location. All yoga props are provided. Students are to bring their own mat or may hire one at the studio for $2.
Terms & Conditions: Course fees are non transferrable and non refundable. No credits will be given to no shows or less than 48hrs notice of cancellation. For written cancellations of more than 48hrs notice an Inna bliss credit of 50% of course fees will be issued. Make up classes will not be issued for non attendance, unless prior arranged has been made. When notice is given, you are free to make up a maximum of 1 missed class at one of the other courses on the schedule within the same 6 week course period, subject to availability.
