The concept is simple: safely get into a pose, relax and remain still. But often getting into, holding, and then remaining still involves a lot of adjusting and fixing.
Props are the perfect way to aid the process and for most of us are a necessity at some point or another. Learn how to use props to facilitate your practice, not escape your practice.
As we delve into and unpack what it means to “STAND IN YOUR POWER”, you will have the ability to move your whole being - inside and out - in a way that is healing and empowering. We will explore channeling your intuition, calling in your inner knowing and wisdom, leaving you feeling more aligned and celebrating the magic of your truest Self as well as the joyful fullness of life.
