Kids yoga classes are a fantastic way for your child to enjoy the many benefits of yoga in a fun and creative environment.
The classes are an opportunity for the kids to learn essentials tools and skills to develop and maintain a healthy body, and a happy mind, as they develop flexibility, strength and balance through moving the physical body in ways that are supportive and empowering.
Classes are fun and energetic, yet peaceful and relaxing, inspiring the kids with lifelong stress management skills and relaxation techniques. Each class incorporate yoga poses, music, breathing exercises, gratitude and empowerment practices, meditation and relaxation. The practice is aimed at improving a child's confidence, motor skills, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and concentration, enabling them to discover freedom of movement and creative expression in a yogic way.
This course is tailored for Children 5 - 8 years.
