Kids yoga classes are a fantastic way for your child to enjoy the many benefits of yoga in a fun and creative environment.
The classes are an opportunity for the kids to learn essentials tools and skills to develop and maintain a healthy body, and a happy mind, as they develop flexibility, strength and balance through moving the physical body in ways that are supportive and empowering.
The kids will incorporate a variety of yoga poses, breathing and relaxation techniques in a fun and play-based environment. This class incorporates stories, music, games and partner work to learn yoga, mindfulness and breathwork in a fun, collaborative and creative yoga class. The class introduces the joy of yoga by harnessing our imaginations to explore yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness and some yoga philosophy. The class will explore short meditations and relaxations which will extend during the term to calm busy minds, develop self-awareness and confidence and impact kids lives in a positive way.
