Join Kat and Jill for a workshop for those yogis looking to deepen their practices in their daily lives.
Participants will be supported through the offering of:
- Sacred and ancient yogic chants
- Specific meditation techniques
- Yoga philosophy with question and answer time
- Daily regimes and practices to support yogis in their daily lives (diet, Ayurvedic detoxification techniques, asana, mantra/affirmation)
- Ayurvedic Chai
