There is never a one size fits all in meditation so think of this as a tasting platter of different techniques to release stress and anxiety so that you can work these practices into your own daily life, on and off the mat. This workshop with Brodie is a holistic experience of these fundamental aspects of yoga. All levels of experience welcome, no meditation experience necessary.
Please bring along a note book/journal & pen and an eye pillow (if you have one), for savasana.
Brodie will offer recommended reading, meditation apps, and tips/tricks to create your own home meditation and relaxation practice.
