Christine was first drawn to yoga in an attempt to reconnect and give back to herself following years of dedication to family and raising her small children. Not only was she able to reconnect, but found so much more…vibrancy, health, joy and deep sense of inner contentment. This led to her desire to share the gift of Yoga with others, and so completed Level 1 training in the Vinyasa tradition. Her passion to continue to learn and grow as a yogi and as a teacher has led to further Level 2 training in Kids Yoga, Yoga Therapy for Back Pain, Restorative Yoga and Creative and Advanced Vinyasa Sequencing.
Christine's classes are light hearted and accessible to all, with an emphasis on safe alignment principles. She aims to empower and create a supportive environment in which to cultivate a fluid, graceful connection of body and breath, with an open invitation to immerse yourself fully in the practice, exploring your own unique abilities, strengths and challenges. Her intention is to offer an practice which leaves you feeling joyful, vibrant, centred, grounded and content, ready to take on life!
