Dorothee has been practicing different styles of Yoga for over 14 years on the different continents she lived in, and throughout her 2 pregnancies. It is an integral part of her life and spiritual journey. It has helped her remain sane in the turbulences of life and remain centered as a parent. She trained as a yoga instructor in Sydney with teachers such as Amanda Fuzes and Shiva Rea.
Her practice and teaching combine the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, music and meditative awareness, her teaching promotes health, personal growth and wellbeing.
