It seems for most of Jill's life she has been doing yoga. She first introduced yoga to her dance students in 1982. Using yoga asanas as a strengthing tool for the physical and emotional body.
Jill's journey took her towards natural therapies and remedial massage becoming qualified as an organic commercial herb grower and massage therapist.
In 2009 she was guided by My Health Yoga to become a qualified yoga instructor. Jill will always be a student of this practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom that her teachers share with her. In this past 6 years her love of yoga has allowed her to be skilled in teaching a variety of specialised classes. In Jill's classes she tailors them to suit each person, giving options/levels to explore.
She loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dash of inspiration, adding a coat of enlightenment to deepen your practice.
Jill's chosen path is to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with Yoga. Knowing in her heart that when each student steps of their mat they feel refreshed, nourished and balanced.
