Jo’s passion is to share the gift of yoga with others through extending her Vinyasa practice into fun and challenging classes at Inna Bliss. Focusing on alignment and body awareness with a fluid grace and flow that will make you smile. Jo’s Yin practice is a reminder that softness is just important to the body and mind as strength; and to live a balanced life one cannot exist without the other. Her intention is to encourage a feeling of mindfulness and empower you to find a deeper connection to your amazing self with warmth & grace.
