In the beginning, Julia used yoga as exercise, however over time she began to understand the true power of the practice in maintaining equilibrium between mind, body and spirit. Yoga was a life changer for her, and it wasn't long before she knew that she wanted to facilitate others through their yoga journey.
In January 2016, Julia travelled to Goa, India to complete her 200hr yoga teacher training with Trimurti Yoga School. She has since completed over 500 hours of teacher training.
Julia brings to her yoga classes mindfulness through movement, asking her students to come to class with acceptance of where they are today and where they may be tomorrow. She aims to deliver a unique yoga experience for every student, every time they step on their mat. Julia’s classes are a strong and flowing vinyasa, with a focus on breath, alignment, and taking the lessons from our practice to life off the mat.
