Our Bliss Kids yoga classes are a fantastic way for your child to enjoy the many benefits of yoga in fun, creative and supportive environment.
The classes are an enjoyable & empowering learning experience in which the students discover the tools & skills to develop & maintain a healthy and strong body, and happy mind.
In all of the classes held the Kids will develop flexibility, strength and balance through moving the physical body in ways that are empowering & nurturing. Classes are fun, energitic & challenging, yet peacful & relaxing, inspiring the kids with lifelong essential stress managment skills and mindfullness techniques. Each class incorporates yoga poses, breathing exercises, gratitude & empowerment techniques, meditation & relaxation.
The practice is specifically aimed at improving a child's confidence, motor skills, co-ordination, balance, flexibility and concentration, enabling them to discover freedom of movement and creative expression in a yogic manner.
