Yogis attending my classes can expect a well balanced and well sequenced class, with power to activate the body and a steady flow to balance the mind, combined with technical dialogue to safely transition through the practice. I like to encourage and empower students to find and explore the edge of their own physical practice while removing any pressures to go beyond what their body is capable of for that specific day. I like to encourage my students to be entirely mindful and have the experience of a moving meditation with total self acceptance.
