Or if you prefer, enrol in one of our Beginners Yoga Courses to experience the foundations of yoga over a rolling 6 week program, under the guidance of one of our skilled instructors. Are bookings required?
Whilst bookings are not essential for our regular classes on our timetable, it is recommended as its saves time on arrival to the studio, as well as securing your spot. It's easy and convenient topreregister online for your classes, via this website or our FREE Inna Bliss Yoga App.
If it's your first time to studio and you've not signed up online, then simply arrive 10-15 minutes before the commencement time. You will be required to fill out a new student form on arrival.
Choosing your first classes
If you are new to yoga, it's a good idea to familiarise yourself with the different classes we have available. Please view our classes page for descriptions of our various classes on offer.
We offer a few different options for beginner students. If you are brand new to yoga you may like to enrol in one of our 6 week beginners courses or you can attend our drop in classes—either 'Essential', 'Slow Flow' 'Align' or 'Relax' classes are recommended for beginners.
If you are new to bliss, however have practised before, we invite you to try out any of the scheduled classes on the timetable. We advise you to take advantage of our introductory special to sample our different classes, at different times to find the ones that best suit you as an individual. All of our instructors are very experienced yet naturally you will resonate with the style of some more than others, so it's a really great idea to sample a few during your introductory period.
Arriving on time
Please remember to arrive on time for your class, allowing sufficient time to find a park, fill out a registration form/sign in, meet the teacher and get setup for class. Our doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled class time.
If it is your first time to the studio, please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of class. Upon class commencement, the studio doors may be locked.
What to bring?
If you have your own yoga mat we recommend that you bring it along to class with you. If not, you are welcome to hire one from us for a charge of $2. We do also have a variety of mats for sale within our studios.
As we are a fully-equipped yoga studio, we provide yoga props (including blankets, blocks and straps) for your use within the class at no additional charge. Aside from that, wear comfortable athletic clothing and perhaps bring with you a small hand towel and some water.
*Intro offer now also available to students who have not visited us in over 12 months. 10 days are consecutive from date of first visit. Either offer is available once off for new students only, and valid across all studios. It gives you unlimited access to all classes on our schedule within the designated timeframe, excluding all courses & workshops.
