Pregnancy Yoga Brisbane
Our Pregnancy Yoga classes at Inna Bliss offer a supportive, natural and empowering way to nourish your body and inspire wellness and connectivity throughout your entire pregnancy.
The classes are held over a rolling 6 week program with each one guiding you through appropriate yoga postures and sequence that are designed to bring together a combination of strengthening the body, whilst surrendering, opening whilst letting go. These classes provide a unique opportunity to cultivate greater vitality, stability and calmness in both your body and mind, whilst emphasising and deepening your awareness and connectivity between you and your growing baby.
Within the course we also offer specialised guidance in breath work, vocal toning, deep relaxation, meditations and visualisations to support mothers to be with practical birthing skills, helping them to feel empowered and inspired in preparing for, and welcoming, the bodily and emotional changes and challenges of pregnancy, labour and early motherhood.
Awareness and openness in your body, combined with calmness of mind helps to ease the birthing process and cultivate confidence in creating optimum conditions of health and wellness for you and your baby.

New Pregnancy Float Meditation @ Bliss Float
This special 60 minute medi-float allows pregnant goddesses to enter a sacred time and space to completely relax and breathe and be with the serenity, beauty and love that is flowing through you. This is the first and only Brisbane float pod pregnancy meditation.
In a luxurious floatation pod, spend some special time and communion with your baby and with the whole miracle of life which is unfolding within you.
Welcome your baby and welcome yourself as their mother as you feel the flow of love connecting the two of you, from your heart, to your belly and back to your heart.
These classes are open to women after their first trimester of their pregnancy and is accessible to women who are also new to yoga.
Classes are run in a 6 week block, which you must register into in order to confirm your place. You can choose the class of your choice from the below options.

Terms & Conditions: Classes run for a consecutive 6 week period. Bookings and full payment is required to confirm your spot. No refund will be given for under 48 hours notice of cancellation. For written cancellation of more then 48 hours notice, 50% of fees can be credited towards another course or classes.
