Rehana began practicing yoga in her early 20s. She was captivated by the focus on the breath and the alignment of body, mind and spirit. Rehana believes yoga is transformational and is a path toward self-discovery. Yoga provided a sense of balance, empowered her to make healthy choices, and improve her overall health and wellbeing. Throughout the years Rehana has explored many different styles of yoga, including; Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, Moksha, Ashtanga, Jivamukti, Anusara, Yin & Restorative.
Rehana completed teacher training with Yoga Tree in Toronto, Canada. She is now a registered member with Yoga Australia and is continuing her yoga journey as a teacher in Brisbane.
Rehana’s classes reflect a flowing sequence with an emphasis on the present moment. Each class is an exploration of strength, spirituality, freedom, flexibility and surrender leaving students rejuvenated.
