Stacey Turner

Stacey had her first introduction to yoga in India in 2004, and has since practiced various styles over the years, eventually falling in love with the Vinyasa style taught here at the Bliss studios. She is extremely passionate about helping you to connect in with yourself more deeply, through movement and breath, whilst exploring your ability to flow with strength and lightness. Stacey centres her classes around you giving back to yourself in a way that will leave you feeling topped up with energy, both inside and out, and ready to give your everything to the rest of your day.
