Tanya has a long love affair with movement and has worked in the health and fitness industry since 2002. She came to yoga as a means to balance the fast paced activities she was so easily drawn to. It didn't take long for the steadying effect of yoga to find it's place in her heart and life.
She completed her first teacher training in 2007 with Carrie-Anne Fields and has since completed over 1000 hours of training in various styles of yoga. She has also completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage and is a Reiki Master.
Inspired by the healing power of yoga and a love of anatomy and physiology, Tanya’s classes emphasise a clarity of alignment and steady connection to breath, often with a thread of philosophy or mythology woven throughout.
