I have always had a love for Health and Fitness. My career started as a Swimming Coach, Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer. I also have a Bachelor of Health Science, Nutrition.
I am passionate about all areas of health, wellness and physical training. I am a Pilates teacher and teach a number of other styles of group classes.
In 2018 I did my Yoga Teacher Training with Inna Bliss and it was one of the most transformational experiences of my life so far. I believe that a combination of Pilates principles and the movement and mindfulness achieved through a regular yoga practice are key for overall vitality and injury prevention.
Yoga has taught me so much, but the journey of self exploration and self discovery has been so amazing, and I know in that sense I will forever be a student of this practice we call Yoga.
