Vanessa teaches yoga to share the practice of self-awareness - one of the most valuable and practical skills learned in her lifetime through yoga and meditation. By being truly present within ourselves, self-awareness allows us access to our truth, wellness and a sustainable life. Vanessa believes in the possibilities of change that we are each capable of and that can have the most positive impact on ourselves, our family, our community and our world.
Vanessa is also a yoga therapist, blogger and Reiki practitioner. She has been practicing yoga for over 12 years and continues to be inspired by the insights, teachers and students she crosses. Enjoying all forms of yoga, she loves to encourage student to find their own creative expression through their practice each time they meet their mat. Vanessa teaches from a place that is intuitive, nurturing and loving and has a special adoration for working with pre and post natal women.
