This is a therapeutic workshop for anyone who experiences sensitivity, compression or pain in their mid to lower back.

The stories and ideas birthed in the thousands of years of this tradition provide wonderful ways to look at ourselves and our lives. That was, I dare say, what they were always meant to do. They are just as effective today as they ever were, and every bit as needed.
Foundations of flow will focus primarily on Surya Namaskara A and B and the basic vinyasa, jumps back and through. It starts as a chaturanga and core stabilisation tune up and will build to more and more flow, giving you invaluable insight into how to work with your entire body to make these sequences smooth and increasingly effortless.
