A journey home – learn to meditate in ways that honour you.

Are you feeling a call to journey home to yourself? A call to cherish and celebrate you and the ways you are touched by life?

Meditation is a return to you, to your home. It is one of the most intimate and sacred moments you can share with yourself. A space where you can be and honour you and what matters to you, surrounded by the highest level of self-care and nourishment.

In this course you will be invited to lean into who you are with compassion and tenderness and explore how your body loves to meditate.

Along the way you may also discover:
• what meditation means to you
• ways to cultivate safety and a feeling of home in your body
• tender and fiercely compassionate ways to support and befriend yourself
• ways you love to celebrate you and your experience of life
